Arrival of additional Ruston 6RKCM and 8RKCM engines

European Diesel Services are delighted to have taken delivery of our latest batch of Ruston RKC Diesel Engines. The latest set engines consist of 4 off RUSTON 6RKCM engines and 1 off Ruston 8RKCM engines.

These engines represent RUSTON RK engine numbers 58, 59, 60, 61 & 62 that European Diesel Services have bought in the last 20 years.

All the engines have standard size Crankshafts and are in excellent condition having been used in a dredger that was re-engined in 1981. The vessel has been operated by Boskalis Westminster Dredging since 1997 meaning the engines have been operated and looked after to the highest standards, assisted by spare parts and technical support of European Diesel Services!.

Included in the purchase was a large amount of surplus parts for the Ruston RKCM engines that included Pistons, Cylinder Heads, Connecting Rods and a large quantity of Fuel Injection Equipment.
